I'm a fractional product leader, coach and mentor. After a career spanning all things digital and a decade leading product teams in-house, I now bring that experience to organisations on a fractional basis - as a fractional CPO, an interim product lead, or a coach to the people already in post.

Fractional doesn't mean advisory from the sidelines. I embed in the team, take ownership of the roadmap, and get hands-on with the delivery. Recent engagements have covered social care, proptech and B2B SaaS, and increasingly involve helping teams work out where AI genuinely belongs in their product and their process.
